Alright, I should've update yesterday but I didn't get the chance to so I'm updating now.
Turns out that Nÿdia did give me another chance so I snatched it up right away. It was alittle bit easier because I was able to rely on what I had already written here with just more added in where I felt it was needed. She accepted my apologizes and we're friends now, yay!

Today after school I went to Dr. Konkies with some friends. Nÿdia called me and expressed her intrest in coming so I went back to school to pick her up and Tim came with me. Once we got her we decided that we really didn't want to go back to the other folks because all they were talking about was Bush and Iraq and war and whatnot, so we went across the street to Starbucks instead. We didn't get anything there, just sat, chilled, and talked. Then we went to my house under the pretext of watching movies. After we all realized that Nÿdia had more movies than I did, we went over to her house to find Jules and Eugene sitting on her front steps.

So the five of us watched Secrets of the Yaya Sisterhood until 6:30 when people started leaving because Nÿdia's family was having dinner. However, when she went to walk the second to last person to the door (the person before me, I being the last) she came back and asked me if I liked chicken... so yeah, I stayed over for dinner and then helped her clean up the kitchen afterwards. It made me feel special to be singled out of the other 4 like that. I know that there is no chance for a relationship and I am slowly getting used to that fact, but its all good because she's a damn awesome friend and I am happier that we made up than I am able to put into words at this time.

Things are definitly looking up and I'm planning on having me a little fun this weekend so I'll blog about that Monday or Tuesday or whenever I get the chance.
Cheers!

True happiness is of a retired nature, and an enemy to pomp and noise; it arises, in the first place, from the enjoyment of one's self, and in the next from the friendship and conversation of a few select companions.
-Joseph Addison (1672 - 1719), The Spectator, March 17, 1911
P.S. Nÿdia's mom is really nice and her family is cool, even if her older brothers are big, intimidating and scary-like.

Yay! I'm so glad to hear things are working out between you two. It's so funny hearing about you becoming friends with all the people I knew when I was at Santa Su. Say hi to EVERYBODY for me!
