I specifically left out Aspirin and Salicylate for those that have allergies or sensitivity to them.
May add Ginseng (an adaptogen) and/or Guarana (an analgestic and anti-diarrheal).
Still researching cysteine. (It counteracts the poisonous effects of acetaldehyde.) May use Spirulina (a dietary supplement), its a complete protein containing all essential amino acids with reduced amounts of methionine, cysteine, and lysine. Also, cysteine metabolizes into Taurine.
And I'm still debating whether or not I should include 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP). It helps with headaches and mood (its metabolizes into Serotonin). But it also has adverse effects when taken with Carbidopa (used to treat Perkinsons disease) or any triptans (such as Imitrex, Zomig, Maxalt, Amerge, et al). It's non-prescriptive but I don't want people to have to ask their doctors or pharmacists before drinking Hangover.
Right now I'm playing with 2 consistencies, a very water-like osmolality, and a thicker stomach-coating osmolality similar to those drinkable yogurts.
And I'm also still working on making it not taste like ass (or chalk). The above list will change slightly as I add flavorings. I'm thinking Berry.
